Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can we bring snacks and drinks with us?
A: Yes. But outside snacks and drinks must remain off of the padded areas and out of the play structures. Any food or drink messes on play equipment will constitute a $20 fee. We do have bottled drinks and packaged snacks for purchase.

Q: Do Adults need to wear socks?
A: Yes. Adults are expected to wear socks if they walk on the padded flooring even if they are not playing on the play equipment.

Q: I want to have my child birthday party but don't want to reserve a party package. Can I just decorate an area or bring some party treats?
A: No. Birthday treats and decorations are only allowed in reserved party spaces. You are welcome to purchase open play tickets for your group but we ask that no outside birthday treats, gifts, or decorations be used.

Q: Can I leave and come back after entering the facility?
A: Yes. Your admission is good for the entire day. Feel free to leave and come back if necessary. Children will need to retain their tag to re-enter the facility.

Q: What is the age range for the facility?
A: We believe that kids 1-14 will have the most fun, but we also have some offerings for older kids as well. And of course, the young at heart will always have a good time.

Q: Are you corporate owned or a franchise?
A: No. We are a local business owned and run by local people who care about the Shawnee community.

Q: Is there a weight or age limit inside the playground?

A: We generally say that if you are comfortable climbing into the playground and through tight spaces you are welcome in the playground. With that being said, guests weighing over 250 could find it difficult to navigate some of the tighter spaces. There is no age limit, but we encourage our guest to know their own limits and be cautious of their own capabilities.

Q: What is your cancellation policy or date change policy for a party reservation?

A: Party deposits are non-refundable. But you can apply a deposit to another date as long as the change is made at least 14 days before the original date. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the party date will require a new deposit be paid.
