Parties and Events!




Standard Party Space
• 1hr 45min of access to our standard party area (90 min for party, 15 mins for setup before party time) • Unlimited play time for 10 guest ages 1-13, plus guest of honor. • Additional children $14 each. • 15 children MAX. • Includes 20 adults. Each attendee over age 13 will count towards the total. • Additional adults $5 each. • MAXIMUM TOTAL PARTY SIZE IS 35 GUESTS - Additional guests may not be admitted. • Larger parties should book the private event space to avoid penalties. • 90 minutes of access to the party space for cakes, presents, food, etc. during normal open play business hours. • All party decor, food, balloons, gifts, etc must be removed from the building by the end of your allotted 90 minute party time. • Guests must stay in the party area or in the playground during the party time to not take up non-party seating. • You may enter the facility up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time for setup. • The party space includes two 7-foot party tables with 8 chairs each, total seating for 30, as well as a display table for cake, treats, and presents. • You may bring treats or food and non alcoholic drinks of your choice. Please keep all food and drink in your designated party area. • Package fee includes clean-up. • $75 Deposit (non-refundable)

Private Party Room
• 2 Hours of exclusive access to our private 1,500 sq.ft. party room (90 mins for party, 30 mins for setup before party start time) • Unlimited play time for 15 guests age 1-13, plus the guests of honor. • Additional children $14 each. • 25 child MAX. • Larger parties should book a private playground rental to avoid penalties. • Includes 30 adults. Each attendee over age 13 will count towards the total. • Additional adults $5 each. • MAXIMUM TOTAL PARTY SIZE IS 50 GUESTS - Additional guests may not be admitted. • 90 mins of party time in our private party room during normal business hours. • The play area will still be open to the public. • All party decor, food, balloons, gifts, etc. must be removed from the building by the end of your allotted 90 minute party time. • Guests must stay in the party area or in the playground during the party time to not take up non-party seating. • You may enter the facility up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time for setup. • The party space includes six 6-foot party tables with 6 chairs each. • Does not include table coverings. • Party room also includes private bathrooms and access to a prep kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and prep counter. • You may bring treats or food and non alcoholic drinks of your choice. Orbit Event Space
• The Orbit Event Space is made up of a 1,700sf (27'x63') multi-use main room complemented by a connected 500sq.ft (26'x19') gaming/lounge area. • Does not, and cannot include playground access. • All setup time must be included in your total booked time. No early access before reserved start time. • Default room setup includes 6 folding tables with 6 chairs each. Extra furnishings available. • The main room features an 86" main display, ceiling speakers and wireless mics, LED accent lighting, WIFI, and Bluetooth audio. • The gaming/lounge area features three wall mounted gaming displays will local HDMI and power connections. Soft seating, couch, armchairs and high top seating. • An attached kitchenette is equipped with a sink, full-size fridge, microwave, and prep area. • The space also is equipped with standard amenities like restrooms, climate control, and WIFI. • Package fee includes clean-up. • $100 Deposit (non-refundable)

Private Playground Rental
• 2.5 Hours of private play/party/setup time for up to 100 of your best friends. Each adult and child entering the facility will count towards the 100-person total. • Access to the full 5,000 sq.ft. playground/seating area. • Private Playground Rentals can be booked any evening beginning at close time or on Sunday afternoons. • You will have private use of the entire playground space for only your guests to enjoy for cakes, presents, etc. • Does not include additional setup time. No entry before scheduled event time. • The facility includes soft seating for 30, table seating for 40, as well as our party space with two 8-foot party tables, and a display table for cake, treats and presents. • You may bring birthday treats or food and non-alcoholic drinks of your choice. • Package fee includes clean-up • $150 Deposit (non-refundable)

Full Venue Rental
• 2.5 Hours of private access for up to 150 of your best friends. • Each adult and child entering the facility will count towards the 150-person total. • The facility includes 8,500 sq.ft that includes our playground and Orbit event space. • Includes all features of our "Orbit Event Space" and "Private Playground Rental" packages. • The full venue can be booked any evening beginning at close time or on Sunday afternoons. • You will have private use of the entire playground and event spaces for only your guests to enjoy for cakes, presents, etc. • This includes access to all rooms in the facility in their standard setup orientation. • Additional setups and extra tables/chairs available. • You may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks of your choice. • Package fee includes clean-up • Extra time before or after your reserved time may be available on select dates. We are pleased to offer a reduced rate for schools, daycares, churches, and organizations bringing a group of 10 or more children.​

What is your party cancellation policy?
Party deposits are non-refundable. But you can move a deposit to another date as long as the change is made at least 14 days before the party. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the party date will require a new deposit be paid.

Can we have a party without a reservation?
No. Party food, presents, and decorations are only allowed in reserved party spaces. You are welcome to purchase open play tickets for a group of friends, but we ask that no outside food like pizza, birthday treats, gifts, or decorations be used.

Can we bring outside food and drinks with us?
Yes. But outside snacks and drinks must remain off of the padded areas and out of the play structures. Any food or drink messes on play equipment will constitute a $20 fee.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Adults must be accompanying a child or joining a party with a child to enter the facility.

Our facility comfortably holds 100, open play admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rules
-
No shoes or bare feet are allowed on the padded flooring or play structure. Socks are required for everyone in these areas.
-
Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or older) who must remain on the premises at all times.
-
No food, gum, candy, or liquids on the padded areas or within the play structure.
-
Outside food and drinks ARE ALLOWED, but no cake, cupcakes, party food, decorations or presents without a party reservation.

No bullying. No shoving, pushing, or rough play.
-
No climbing up the slides; Children must go down the slides feet first. Do not play in front of the slide exits.

No climbing or pulling on play structure nets.
-
Please empty your pockets prior to playing. No hard toys or sharp objects are allowed on the play equipment.

Diapers must be changed in the restroom or nursing mother's room, not on the playground or in the seating area.
-
Any accidents on the playground involving bodily fluids or excrement may result in a $25 cleaning fee.

Parents are expected to enforce the rules.

Anyone not following the rules may be asked to leave the facility.

Play Space management and employees reserve the right to place any customer/child who disregards rules or creates an unsafe or hostile environment on a temporary or permanent ban from the facility.

We are a smoke and vapor free property. No smoking/vaping, tobacco or marijuana allowed inside or outside our facility. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone smelling of smoke or marijuana. The safety and comfort of the children in our facility is our highest priority.
